After tcompleting my studies, I believed it was time to get to know Brazil better and experience all of its musical culture. That´s why in 2017 I packed my bags and I went to Rio de Janeiro to live. There I studied as a singer in the Oficinas de Música Universal, I studied piano and cavaquinho at the Escola Portatil de Música and I played with the female percussion band called Bambas de Saia. Besides that, I taught piano and voice at the Elite Musical School while I worked as a volunteer teaching piano and melodica for a project called Favela Brass with who I played at the Rio Jazz Festival. This was an important part of my life as it served me as inspiration for my first discographic work called Basil.
